I've seen many good reviews about this book over the blogosphere but I'm wary about books set in France, i'm afraid of clichés à la Peter Mayle or A Year in the Merde. Certainly I wouldn't be selling everything to settle down in our countryside (although it's good for local economy!) Right now, whenever I want exotic comforting books, I look for novels set in Asia!Smithereenshttp://smithereens.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
