Not Much to Say
I don't think much can be said this evening except that my heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with all those in The Virginia Tech community and their friends and family members. I hope others will pass on thoughts as well.
I have friends in Virginia with kids in college who all have friends that were affected in yesterday's tragedy and I'm thinking about them today. I think all of us who have a child in college (as I do) are both worried and relieved. I am struck by the heroic actions of the students who blocked the door so that the shooter could not return to the classroom and hope that they realize that they saved some lives yesterday.

Yes, I'd imagine it's very scary for parents who's kids are in college. And the heroics of the students is amazing.
